Issue 59 side mirrors

Does anybody know where to get mirrors like the ones on the cover page truck in Issue 59?. I am looking for more aerodynamic mods because of the amount of freeway driving I do. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Barry.

It tells you on the page facing the inside cover on the bottom - A guy name Brad Ekstam. More about him on page 76.
