Issue 93 of TDR Still Plays/trucks pushed me off the fence about tires

While reading issue #93 I came across Langan's article on tires. I was surprised that he was talking about my favorite LT tire yhe Cooper DiscovererAT3. I have been on the fence about buying new tires for a new truck. But it came with the Firestone HT's. Since the mid 60's I haven't had good luck with that brand. I have had the Coopers on my 98 Ram PU and a Ford explorer and really liked them. so after reading his comments I went and had them installed. So far I can say that they are good choice for me and the weather in Lower Michigan.I do Love the magazine, being a new diesel driver it has helped with questions and informative articles, along with this forum!
