of a red bowtie 1500. commented to the wife that trucks just don't look right w/o
clearance lights. her reply: "that one just don't look right anyway... it's a chevy!"

My girl hates Chevys too, she is still hoping to have a Ram of her own. Maybe ill give her mine and get a new one?. As long as DC still uses Cummins, ill keep buying them.

My wife hasn't gotten to the brand finger pointing, yet. She is VERY conscious of which are diesel powered or just plain gassers. She is also very proud of both our Dodges (she drives the Caravan). I recently got the green light to BOMB, too!

My 5 year old is a phenomena! He recognizes the model & brand brand of most every pickup on the road. He also knows the growl of a diesel. Dualies are his favorite.

When my better half is driving she thinks that she has to goose the throttle at every truck that even remotely looks like it has a diesel engine in it.

She even started to goose it at a VW Rabbit Diesel just because she saw a small puff of black smoke. I told her that she was over playing the Intimidator part.

I don't know where she gets that kinda stuff from. #ad

got my new 2500 ctd a couple of days after my original post. made the mistake of letting the wife drive it... now she wants to get rid of her caravan for her own 2500 ctd. told her maybe next year...
