Bought me a 05 HD FLHRSI Road King Custom black cherry pearl and my son got a 05 XL1200C Sportster :D I think I sold my last Harley in 90 or 91 and have not been on one till I test drove one a couple weeks ago I guess that was the wrong thing to do. I was not going to buy one till next month but I went with my son to the Harley shop to look at that Sportster vivid black and lava red sunglo and he decided to buy it. I good not let the boy show his ole man up so I bought the Road King.

What about our little talk here a couple weeks ago young man. I told you about how the two wheelers don't get the respect a lot of times on the road. :-laf Any hoo hope you enjoy. :D

I had to stop riding motorcycles when my daring and judgement started outrunning my physical abilities to back them up - and I discovered I look even uglier in body casts and road rash... ;) :D

Be careful, bikes get very little respect on the road. I don't know what it is like in Texas, but up here, it is too dangerous to ride now. We had some guy going way too fast (over 100 on a crotch rocket) on one of our parkways about 1 month ago (nice 60deg day) and he lost it on the cinders on the road. He had a date with the back corner of a 3000 Neoplan articulating 60' bus (with 70+ passengers), needless to say, the bus won. I know the operator of that bus, and he said he never even felt it, the only reason he stopped was the people on the bus were screaming, if it was not for the passengers, he would have never known he got hit.
