Its now ok to play tennis in washington but with a stipulation. It is not OK to touch the other players balls. If you cannot tell the difference between your balls and the other players balls, you should mark them with your name or some other mark with a sharpie. If a situation occurs where you might have to touch the other players balls, you should kick his balls or whack them with your racquet. (per the jay inslee administration),
