Ill have to pull the trans back out I found out the pilot bearing & disk are in bad shape I should have checked them while I was doing the trans but I dident :(

the disk grips fine but rattles terrably & the pilot symptom is you pump the clutch once & the trans is noisy & the driveline wiggles in nutral pump it again & the trans is quiet & the drive line is still

I had my local clutch & brake reliner make me a disk for $50 & I bought a new pilot bearing I can do the clutch in under 2 hours no prob so its not that bad

so 1 or 2 coats more primer than a couple of coats of paint the clutch & load my equipment on & yee hah more room & better fuel milage

once again thanks & take care

I may have all my equipment loaded on in like 2 weeks or so Ill probably have $350 -$400 in paint & suplys I think white is a good color for a service truck & it will hide my screw ups

I have at least 40 hours into the body of the truck including the cutting & welding / rust killing n the floor

this is mostly because there was way too much paint on there from previous repair to paint over so I had to sand for like 25-30 hours

the paint goes on real quick

the instruments you see are my saab which hits 25 lbs boost which is allot for a gasser Im getting almost 250 HP from the 2 litre engine in that one it is heavily modded most are self tweaks like the volvo ECU & air mass meter used on a bigger displacement engine which are able to measure the airflow I push with the bigger turbo as the stock system became useless pretty quick hitting 98% injector on time at 3500 RPM due to airflow :--) it spinns 6200 rpm so it ran outa fuel up top a no no for a gasser

I dont mean to bragg too much on the saab mostly wanted to clear up the instrumentation stuff

I am a boost junkie but I need to keep the truck fairly stock so it stays relyable Ill turn up the timing a lil & feed it a lil more fuel & thats about it oh yeh & an intercooler

I am verry happy & exited to have the truck almost done:D

take care
