After nearly two months delay, they finally delivered my truck this week and I just can't believe how quick and how fast it is! :--)

It's just hard to believe anything that big can be that fast. Anyway, I've been grinning from ear to ear for the past two days. My 2. 5 year old daughter thinks its pretty much the greatest thing she's ever seen and I tend to agree with her! I'm sure that I will have some btches and moans over the coming weeks, but right now, I'm just dead impressed.

I have the "underpowered" SO and I am still impressed and grinning after 8 months and 18000 miles. I am glad I do not have the 600, I don't think I can grin that big.

My grin is so big, I look like the stinking joker. Every time I walk in the room my wife says " I know, you love your truck "

Did you start this thread just to torture us guys who are still waiting?!?!

Oo. I want my truck!

Oo. Nowwww!!

JHafen,

LOL! The Joker! I can just see it!

Every time I drive my wife's 190HP TJ, I remember how much I love my truck. Faster and better economy with twice the curb weight! These things are amazing.

I can relate to that... my TJ is the daily driver while I'm going without the truck. I think back to before I bought my '99 CTD and was contemplating whether I really needed a big truck like that. Now that I'm going without, I don't see how I could have ever second guessed it. Every time I drove my CTD it put a smile on my face. It's the best excuse for going for a random drive to a random place that I've ever had. Several times "the long way home from work" turned into a 1000+ mile road trip to other states. It's almost like a relationship with the CTD... a good friend that never lets you down, always ready to work, play, or just put a grin on your face listening to her one-of-a-kind idle. It was hard breaking up wiht her, but hopefully her replacement will put an even bigger grin on my face...

:D

Congrats on the new truck!

My wife must have said "You really like this truck don't you" about 10 times during the first month after I bought it.

I still get a SEG (s*** eatin grin) every time I drive mine after a month, and it keps gettin' bigger and bigger... ...
