Great to have the forums back.
Purchased BD 3 1/2" Exhaust@ their Dyno Days, torch fell into muffler #ad
and now it's just a big can, picked up 2 pounds of boost, up to 18 now, only made 16 before and Only had 138 HP on BD's dyno. Sounds great and I can actually hear the turbo now. 16cm turbo housing on order, #ad

Had the same problem with my muffler. Droped the stinger in it with some 3/32" rod. Luckily the welder was turned up to about 250 amps so it just melted a clean hole through to the other side. I hate when that happens. #ad

After the housing... get some "hot" injectors... it's more effective than a couple rounds on the fuel screw, not to mention it's easier on your pump #ad


BTW, where IS Silverdale? I can't place it from memory...

Power Wagon,
Silverdale is 10 miles north of Bremerton which is a ferry ride west of Seattle.
Am planning on injectors but have to install trans kit and pan first, also out of money for truck parts, getting Lasik laser surgury on my eyes on May 10th, going to Ventura,CA for boat race and vacation first 12 days of June.
I have really learned alot from your posts, Thanks!!!
