9:35 or so EST they cut in to the show my wife was watching, you could hear explosions in Baghdad, but you could not see much on the pictures they were showing.

It sounds like those cruse missles, you know the ones that they put the guys street address in and launch from over 700 miles away. They say these things can fly around a corner in a city.

not quite sure about them making sharp corners... but they'll go thru a small door or window after a long flight hehehe.

When I was in the Navy I worked on weapons systems on an Arleigh Burke class destroyer. When you have 30 of those similarly equipped ships sitting off your coast not to mention Five aircraft carriers and their support fleets, you know you are in trouble. As for those Tomahawks (cruise missiles) Our parameters gave us up to a 1000 miles depending on payload and we could be assured of being within 10 feet of what we originally aimed at. Radar systems that realistically can track an object the size of a tennis ball at 20 miles or better, and the list goes on. Get into some of the classified stuff I worked on and then you are really gonna get scared. We have by far the best military force in the world. Both equipment and men. Whatever doubts anyone has about the reasons for going I will always support our troops 100%. Been there, done that, got the T-shirt.
