Wifes gonna kill me

Just ordered-

DT Tracbar

Borgeson steering shaft

Skyjacker 2. 5" lift - full class 2 system including upper and lower front links, coil springs in front and rear leaf springs, dual shocks in front, etc...

I went with Skyjacker rear leafs due to worrys of getting the springs from National and all the other stuff from Skyjacker. If the Skyjacker rear leafs don't cut it, I'm going with National Spring in the rear.

I't's gonna be a very merry and busy Christmas :D

Full report to follow once I get all that stuff installed

Keep us posted. I have been considering the Skyjacker 2. 5" lift. I want to raise the front a little, but I don't think the levelling kit will do it. I also like the idea of all new bushings and springs. What are you doing for shocks? Ranchos?

Dane, I went with exactly that same setup on my Ram back in April this year. Only thing I didn''t do was have the rear add-a-leaf springs installed, as I was mainly going for the leveling effect. I also am currently using the Skyjacker Nitro shocks, will go with Bilsteins at some point. Oh, I didn't replace the steering shaft yet... But you will love the Skyjacker and DT combo!

I have cousins in the Prunedale area, have thought about looking you up next time I'm in their area visiting. I'll be down there some weekend before the end of the year, so I might just give you a call.

Tom,

Would be a pleasure to have a fellow TDR member visit. We have a nice place in the woods near the ocean in Santa Cruz area. Come on by...

You shouldn't have any problems with the replacement rear leafs mine are working out great.

Ditto what Tom said on the SkyJacker and DT

You will see how much far superrior the Bourgesen is over the stocker shaft as well.

Be carefull, she is going to ride and steer like a cadilac :D

BBD,
