After all, I could not afford what Dodge had to offer, and I am not so sure the Viper could handle this car after a few mods-

NO PROB WITH FORDS. i was a ford man and wanted a ford truck but that 6. 0 is too risky to spend 45k on. but now i am a dodge man cuz my truck is much better than any of them fords i have driven Oo.

i think the tdr code is when it comes to trucks you better have a dodge or get the hell out. but when it comes to cars, saying the f-word is not so bad. i have a 94 Ford mustang cobra 5. 0 that'll blow a stock viper away

Nothing wrong with Fords. I've owned a 68' California special Mustang for over 20 years. I don't know if this still applies but when I had my drivetrain upgraded (351W, Dart II heads,... . etc, small case C-6 transmission, custom driveshaft, 9" 3. 50 posi..... etc. ) aftermarket Ford parts were considerably more money than the competition.

Thanks for all the kind words. . The only performance related vehicle I would own is a Ford. Just like the only Diesel I would own is in my driveway!
