I bought that kit from Cummins years back. It should have a laminated instruction sheet tucked into the top half cover pocket covering valve adjustments.



Good kit, but I only needed the barring tool!! Gapper gauge only in Metric, we use Inches.

I just recieved the tool kits today from Cummins NW in Portland . I ordered one for myself and one for my brother after I saw this thread started by Hammersly. At $ 35. 00 and some change these kits are very nice,they even include a laminated basic service guide. They even had a factory red Cummins valve cover ... . so I had them send that too!!!!The guy I dealt with was John... very helpful!!Oo.

Picked one up a couple years ago for $60. 00 Canadian. It's always in the truck tool box. The idea with the kit is to have the tools handy for regular service/maintenance like oil and filters and valve adjustment. Most people will already have all but the barring tool but it's a handy little set at a screaming deal.
