2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Ixnay on the daytime running lights

so I just bought some spendy PIAA bulbs for my truck. It seems the older I get the harder it is to see at night! Anyways, I don't want to burn them out running them during the day. Has anyone found a way to put the daytime running lights out?

It is in the programming of the truck... dodge garage should be able to turn them off for you. I had them turned on in my 99, then turned off later...
