Going to install my mopar exhaust brake on fathers day

... be careful not to damage the graphite gasket that goes between the turbo and exhaust brake. I called last week on a new gasket for mine, and they're $45!!! Other than that, just take your time... You'll love it!

I did my 03 with the old man,he did the gasket part with me pushing on the exhaust pipe to line it up. Trying this one solo this time so whats the right way to install the gasket with out screwing it up.

the only other thing I remember to be a pita was the new belt.

pay attention to the serpentine belt routing when you take off the old one.

Pull the inner fender before you start..... 6 or 8 sheet metal screws and the inner fender on the passenger side drops out and make things a whole lot easier... .

I tried to do it without removing the fender liner and found the directions (who needs directions?) needed to be followed. Also, the part that took the longest was the belt. I kept trying to route it like a normal person would; it doesn't work that way. Like Klenger said, pay attention to how you remove the old one.
