F.a.s.s Pusher Pump Installed !!!

Anybody with a 02 HO 6spd have a jacobs brake installed? I'm interested in the Jacobs brand because Cummins recommends it. Is there a pyro port already incorporated in the Jacobs installation? I'm also curious as to what kind of pricing variations there are and where did the purchases take place. Any replys are greatly appreciated.

I've had mine since the truck was new and so far so good. It has only failed once (wouldn't close - in the mountains with a trailer of course) and I just tapped the linkage to break things loose and it's worked fine ever since. I use it a bunch. 80,000 miles and the brake pads are nowhere close to needing to be replaced.

I don't remember a tapped pyro port.

I think I spent $600ish from my dealer when I bought the truck. Maybe check www.mopar4less.com for a decent price.

Jake's claim to fame is more integration with the Cummins ECM.

It replaces the exhaust elbow coming off the turbo, like most of the others except for an inline model from Pac or Blue Ox. So if you ever want to go for a 4" turbo back exhaust, the e brake will be a problem.

on edit - $600ish is a very good price. You can see some specials regularly on ebay (buy it now prices - not auctions).
