Jacobs E-brake 12V?

Is the Jacobs E-brake available for the 12 valve engine? I did searches but did not quite come up with an answer. If so is Mechanicville still the place that would have these and do they come with the 60lb springs? Thanks again guys

They come with the springs and are available for 94-98. 49999 trucks. Same kit is used for pre-94 trucks. It has parts in it for both.
