Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Jacobs E brake has gone bad. Who services/rebuilds them?

At 200K my ebrake has gone bad. It still works, but it is very noisy, very noisy. I have removed it and all is quite again.



It is noisy on or off while under full throttle and always while using it to help slow me down.



Are these rebuild-able or just replace it?

What kind of noise? Rattles? Exhaust leaks? The elbow and butterfly are pretty low tech.

E brake

Under deceleration it is a squeal, under full throttle it is more rattly.



It started slowly and now is all the time.
