I am going to install the PAC BRAKE. 12K warranty on the Jacobs is not worth the difference down line in repair costs of the Jacobs. It doesn't crash untill after 12K anyway from all of what I have read.

After that, when the vacuum pump fails the dealer wants like $700 bucks for the new one.
I had a Jacobs on my 2003. Worked great till the vacuum pump went south. I would recommend you get a BD or Pacbrake and do the install yourself. Nothing hard at all, basic hand tools.

Sounds like if we all went to a big rig dealer we would save $300 right off the bat on parts alone. Install book time according to MOPAR Accessory book is 3. 5 hours.
