ok guys its time for he next up grade. I am looking at a set of Jammer injectors. My question is should i go with Jammer 2's or 3's. I tow a 13500lbs trailer and don't want to have big temp issues. I live in Los Angeles and we have a few good size passes to deal with when trying to get out of town. I am willing to upgrade my exhaust to a 4 inch if necessary but up to now I have not needed to 1100-1150 egt's. The truck is a daily driver but i tow a few weekends out of the month. I am also looking at getting a Smarty to play with when not towing down the line. What do you guys think should be my next move?

i put in a set of 2's on monday and asolutley love them. i am running a stock turbo and exhaust, and temps are controllable, havent towed with them though

Stage 2 shouldn't got too hot if you have a 12cm HX turbo. If you have a 9cm HY turbo definately don't go bigger than 2's. Myself, if I had to do it over again I'd go bigger than DDII's, so my opinion is to go with 3's so it'll keep you happy longer.

That's a million dollar question :D

Good luck

In 2000, I believe all auto's got the HY-35 small Turbo. I can get toasty with Jammer 1's. In the process of getting a PDR35. SNOKING

If it is a 2000, then it should have the 12cm HX35. The HY35 started in 01.

I have Jammer 3 injectors and they do not get too hot while towing but my TT is less than yours and weighs in at ~7,500 lbs.

From Dodgeram.org, looks like some 2000's may have the HY35W!!! SNOKING

I just checked it is a HX35. I am leaning towards the jammer 3's because i figure i can change the exhaust to get the EGT's under control and if that isn't enough a bigger turbo. I don't want to bite off to much to soon just looking for the next power upgrade and still be able to control egt's. I can also drop the EZ down one setting or will this just effect smoke?

You are running Mach 2' s with a Comp and stock turbo without problems?? I have an HTBG with Comp and DDII's and was thinking about upgrading to Mach 3's or 2's but was concerned about EGT's.

I was running Jammer 3's for a while in my '02 5 spd with stock charger and I loved them. I never had any EGT issues. They were controlable. I think they are a good injector especially if you want a little bigger charger later IMHO. Good luck!
