I saw these brakes in JCW. "Titanium TI" supposed to be the best thing since sliced bread. Anybody have them? How are they?
I have 68 K on the ol truck, and I'd get a set if theyre OK. Mine are OK, but I'm just planning ahead.

Eric, I've had some on my 3500 for around 50k with no problems. They don't squeak, don't make much dust, don't damage the rotor and last much longer than the stock ones or Napa premiums. There may be better pads on the market for the price, but these have been fine for me. They are a cool blue color also, even if you can't see them.

Oh yeah, the only problem is that they took two months to receive after I ordered from JCW, plan ahead.

I'd talk to Sam Peterson before you make a decision on buying brakes--I bought his CarboMet brakes(front & rear) and larger rear wheel cylinders and what a difference in braking---chris

I dont need brakes yet, and I have no problem stopping, or with "pulling", just thinking ahead.

Eric, Sam is the master of brakes. He owns a brake and AC only shop in the Seattle area and posts mainly in 2nd generation forum, you can find his e-mail in one of threads about brakes usually. Sam gave me advice on a brake problem on a Massey-Ferguson tractor that the M-F people didn't even know about, saved about 5 hours of labor, and was something most brake mechanics would never think of. He is definitely the brake expert and a great asset to the TDR. Thanks Sam!!!
