Jeep Chevy conversion

If anybody out there has put a Chevy v8 in a CJ7, please let me know what kind of radiator you used.

I used Griffin 4 core radiator in my 87 YJ w/ 350. Temp has never gotten over 195 even on the hottest day this past summer. YJMBC

Friend of mine did this last year. Used the oem radiator that is used in the factory v-8 rigs. We spend enough time in the desert to test, and no heating problems. Have had a problem with exhaust routing, and fuel pump heating. Beware. Griffin makes good products ay reasonable prices, have one in my racer.

I used a 4 core Jeep radiator and had the necks swapped. It still ran a tad hot, so I put an oil cooler on it, and have had no trouble since, even in pretty extreme condtions.

I used a stock 4 core Jeep radiator in mine as well.
