You guys won't beleave this but a friend of mine is already into a restoration of a jeep j2000 for over $50,000. 00 and it's not even put together yet. The shop who's putting the truck together is charging him $2000. 00 a month and that's for 40 hours of work and He has to still pay for all materials and parts. The jeep has a 401 built( it is suppose to be able to use regular gas) that was $10,000. 00, 2 dana 60's with full lockers a built trans 700 turbo, a np205, and a gear reducer called klune-V. That's the drive train. The truck has compleatly stripped and repainted a custom two tone white-top, green-bottom, and the box frame is black. The truck has a custom front suspension and rear suspension. There is a custom cage in the interior and the dash and center console will be aluminum with quick release tabs and over $2,000. 00 in guages.
