Thanks guy's she showed up yesterday. Wow what a different animal, they have really made these things so easy to shift and quiet its unreal. I will be changing out the fluids and filter in the next few weeks and writing down some questions I have so you nice folks here on the TDR can hook a brother up



One thing I noticed right away is it makes a serius raddling noise when shutting off whats up with that.



Any suggestions as to what to look for on anything, its been a tow rig for sure has a goose neck hitch, and brake controller. Under the hood is clean exhaust manifold looks as though its been pretty hot.

When shutting down, disengage the clutch until the motor fully stops. Does it still rattle? If so then I dunno, if not, your flywheel is trashed already



On the dualmass flywheel trucks it's not suppose to rattle the transmission. I know of my nv5600 it if I don't keep the clutch the truck will shake as the motor slows down.



One of the reasons I won't get a cool down timer.

I'm in the same boat Scott! I've got a pre-approved loan for 30K sitting in my safe at home and still looking for a truck, although 30K is a little steep of a payment trying to keep the 12V. I don't figure I will mind it as much if I have stock everyday driver that doesn't need anything done to it.

should of got a $34,000. you'll need to get that box, that clutch, that exhaust and that intake also them gauges...
