Jordon Ultima Install

I just received my Jordon ultima Brake Controller and statred instal, and I am not sure were to put the Brake Arm Bracket Assembly. I have ajustable brake pedals on my 2005. The install show 6 in up the pedal arm, then it states it must be above the actuator. Are the others out there with the Jordon on ajustable brakes. Thanks for the help.

Do you have the standard bracket like this setup ?



You need the adjustable brake bracket like This setup



If you look up at your pedels, you will see a chrome shaft that the pedels ride on as they slide forward and back. This round bracket goes onto the rear end of that chrome shaft (end that points at drivers seat). Yes it will limit your pedel travel a little bit, but just at the highest point in the pedel travel.



As you raise the pedels all the way up, the motor will stop before it pushes the bracket off.



This works on the 06 pedels also.

I have the first one, not the adjustable one. I ordered the controller straight form Jordon and told them which model truck I had with adjustable brakes. Shouldn't they have sent me the correct one? I will call them on Monday. Thanks for the response

He should have added the correct one to the package. He might not ship them himself and I bet the request never made it to the shipping guy. He will be more then happy to send the piece your missing.

Jordon responded quickly this morning. They shipped the correct bracket out first things this morning priority mail. Great customer service. Jordon himself handle the problem. Thanks for the help
