JRE is getting a Superflow Chassis Dyno

That's right gentlemen and ladies, It's official, Jannetty Racing Enterprises has on order a Superflow SF-840 double Eddy-current 1000 hp chassis dyno.

We are building a dedicated chassis dyno building on our lot, and should have it up and running in August, Hopefully! barring no problems with the city red tape.

We will be able to do testing unmatched by any other facility that we know of in the Northeast.

We will be able to load down these mighty Diesels and get some real world numbers finally.

Superflow rocks!

We ran on a Superflow in December-and the Diesel Dyno Stampede will be run on the same Superflow with a ton of updates to bring it up to the forefront of technology ..... I like it-you can't complain about not being loaded hard enough on one of them!

Sled Puller, The reason they only rate the dyno at 1000 hp has to do with the ability for the tires to NOT SLIP on the rollers.

You can only test up to what the tires will hold.

So we will keep a pair of Mickey Thompson ET streets around for testing.



The Mustang Dyno is rated at 1700 hp at 220 mph, not very realistic.
