Juice with Attitude EGT Temps

What kind of EGT temps are you guys with the Edge Juice with Attitude getting? Im seeing around 700 with 35 inch tires with my 05 CTD on level 1 driving on the freeway and around town. Level 5 WOT hits 1300 very fast. What seems to be the norm?

My cruise temps are close but a little higher than yours. I can see higher numbers if I lay into it.



Your numbers are very normal from what ive seen and read from others.

Those temps sound pretty normal. The thing I would be concerned about is 35's + 48RE + Edge level 5... Is your transmission upgraded or stock?

Its stock, truck only runs on level 1, unless there is a circumstance where I need level 5, which is very rare. Just good to know its there at a push of a button. Trucks got about 50,000 miles on it and babied.

That's good that you're not flogging it. It's amazing how many people start throwing upgrades on a truck without doing supporting mods.

An upgraded valve body will do wonders for longevity, stock or otherwise. A torque converter will really help too.
