Competition June 26th Diesel Drags in East Texas

Ok this is the second race that the ODRA is doing. Last time we had 9 or 10 trucks and this time there is supposed to be over 20 already committed.



Vitals:

Gates open @ 6:00pm

$15 to get in + a $5 tech card to race

They will have a drivers meeting at 8:00pm

There will be hot dogs and hamburgers and soft drinks.

There will be a drawing for a Maverick Grill Guard.

There will be cash prizes for the winner(s). This will be determined based on turnout.



The Pro Mods will be running as well, so there should be a decent crowd.



If 20 or more trucks do show up we will also have a "heads up" class. They will take the fastest 6 qualifiers and let them run heads up. The rest of the field will bracket race. At the drivers meeting this will be discussed just in case no one wants to go heads up.



If we can continually get this big enough there will be set winnings and prizes at each race. They will also have a points system as well.

Sounds like it might be fun. I'll try and make it there for a little bracket racing. Are you gonna have your truck there Quad?I'd like to see that monster run. Redline is not too far from me. So i'll see yall out there on the 26th. Truckstom it's just right down the road where we dynoed last year in Royce City. I forget the exit but you can see it from I30. I think it's just a couple of exits outside of Royce City headed east bound.

If the motor gets back in it in time! We are finishing up the turbo kits for it now, we are busting it so it is so-so right now.



There will be a couple of fast trucks there for sure. There should be some trucks in the 7's.



The track is in Caddo Mills. It is between Greenville and Rockwall.

That's about as far East as I'm sure you'd like to go then!!



And actually a Gentlemen from Lufkin informed me that it's a 1/4 there, not an 1/8th as I had thought.
