With the search engine disabled, I'm posting to find the gentleman That posted about a junkyard in WI? that had 19. 5

8 on 6. 5 rims for sale for $60. I cant remember which thread it was but I believe it was about finding parts in a junkyard.

Has anyone tried these rims on a dodge? I tow Heavy every day/every mile (about 16K) and am eating 16inch tires every 15-20k miles. No odd wear patterns or anything, all the wear is even, it is just rapid. So far I will be on my third set of tires before I hit 60k and The truck had 30k when I bought it.

I'd love to go with Ricksons or Dually Designs and step up to 22. 5's but alas I have money issues with the bank and my wife, they both think they need it more than I do...

Any help would be appreciated. .

Shawn

I can't help on the 19. 5's but in the meantime have you tryed Michelin XPS 235/85/16. I run hot shot and am getting 70-80k out of a set with regular rotation (10k). JM . 02

i second the comment on the michelins, there is no better tire often imitated but never duplicated. They may cost just a bit more but you will well get your moneys worth in the long run

Thats the post I was looking for! I think I'll call and see if they think they would work on the dodge. If nothing else, maybe they can tell me what they came off of and I can look down here in Florida for somebody who has them at a reasonable price. Shipping them to FL would probably double the price.
