Competition Junkyard, P-Pump's, cores

I have a couple good medium/heavy duty junkyards nearby that have plenty of diesel engine cores from 4BT up to K Series Cummins at times. I have a pretty good idea what to look for when it comes to turbos and 1st gen parts (truck and VE parts etc). I mean as far as VE parts, I know what are hard to find items, must grab, easy to grab etc parts. Mostly my question is what on a P-pump core would be worth pulling? Anything in particular? I've read about delivery valves, holders, cam plates etc. Just wondering if there's anything of value that would be worth pulling off/out of a p-pump. I know the VE inside and out, but I am p-pump stupid .

pretty much the entire pump is worth pulling. in some cases guys in the classifieds are looking for particular pumps, but a working pump is the best. josh

A 4BT with a p pump is what i am looking for... . already have one four banger p pump... . would like to have a complete motor for project #2

What would you charge for a second gen 98. 5-02 ECM. I may need a new one to SMARTY.

If you can find #913 P-Pumps there are alot of big wigs that are always looking for such pumps.
