I have a 1694 and a 1697 and both relate to "No CCD Messages Recieved From PCM" Can someone break this down a little better for me please? Thanks, trucks runs like a top, just trying to nail down these 2 codes.

So far this is my understanding. The one code relates to the drivetrain, which I can understand since I just put in a new clutch. The other code is a service reminder code. So at this point I am just going to hook up the scan tool and erase and see if they pop back up. I have yet to see any one posting these codes on here, am I a first, if so this sucks... ... ... ... ... ... .....

I can't imagine how anything related to a clutch change would cause a code - when I changed mine, my bud helping forgot to plug in the backup light plug - that's the only electrical connect *I* am aware of - and no codes. The service reminder bit seemingly refers to the system not being able to write updated mileage info into the ECM for some reason...

OK here is a new one for ya, code 1687. The 1697 is now not present. One question, should the Comp be off when I pull codes?

Also what the he!! is P1687?

P1687 No MIC BUS Message No CCD/J1850 messages received from the Mechanical

Instrument Cluster (MIC) module.

No, the Comp on or off shouldn't have any effect - you have a ECM or wiring/connector problem! ;)
