Just accepted our offer for a House $$$$$$

How about this for a Home Purchase. Our offer was just accepted today. It's in a small town about 25 miles south west of San Francisco, and about 15 miles away from HVAC's home of Half Moon Bay. It's a 12 year old, two story "ranch" type house, it was custom made by an owner/general contractor, and has some nice details. It sits on a Half Acre and has beautiful views of the local mountains. It is about 3400 sf. All this for the amazing bargain of only $699,000. Glad my kids like Top Ramen, cause we're gonna be eating alot of that now. The monthly payments make the Ram's look like the Cable bill. But on the bright side, the mortgage interest deduction might get us onto state assistance. And we finally own a House. Oh, and one final thought, It's got a Killer Garage. Make the Homer Gurgle sound. I could bomb away but it would have to be with Donor supplies. With this mortgage, do you really think I can buy stuff for the cummins?Any Charity givers? Point it west and come on by. Lots of space to put you up. But it's up to you to come up with the excuse to the wife why your here for over a week.

And to think I am sweating a 180,000. 00 Mortgage!!!!!!!! You guys from Cali amaze me. If my wife tells me she found a house for 699,000. 00, I'd have to ask who she knocked off to afford it. For that much, with the exception a central River Oaks, in the Houston area you could have a house either on the Bay, Gulf, or one of the lakes close by.

Is it Halfmoon Bay! $699,000 that's not to bad for 3,000+ sq feet! there was a empty lot behind my house about half the size of our lot and they put Five Single famliy homes they call them. I call them Condos!! There 1,500 no yard and you can stand in your bathroom and pee in your Neighbors toilet!! they want $450,000. 00!!!

Ranger didn't know you were a doctor. I always heard a doctor had to be married to a lawyer in order to afford a place around the Bay area. Have a friend who lives between Pacifica and Montara, it is a very nice area. Good luck to you.

Around 1500/1600 sq ft, three BR, 1 1/2 bath, single attached garage, nice sized city lot, not too big but big enough, Roswell, New Mexico. They wanted $48,000, I offered $43,000, they accepted, I wrote them a check.
