I second diesel&donuts.
Wife says she can carry on a conversation now with Scotty II open cowl, B1B, and TAG.
TAG well worth it just for that.
I see about 1# less boost at same speeds same roads same temps same weather. That means more efficient I think.
B1 seems to spool better. Was always really good over 8#, but really good over 4# now.
I have tried holding 8# steady acceleration, and it does get up and get. Tried stoped at a light to 70 mph, smooth acceleration all the way through.
Hooked up 13k 5er, seems the harder the pull the quieter it gets. 5er was 10# O/D out 65, now 8# same conditions and Scotty II really gets quiet. Not sure why quieter under more load, but seems to be the case.
Happier wife is WELL worth the TAG! I'm happier with it, trying hard not to be imagining better when that may not be the case. Idle is smoother as per the tach, boost is lower as per gauge, spool is better as per my seat, wife is better as per - well we won't go into that right now, is it friday night yet?.
