Mounting - Easy

Balancing - Not so easy, One tire took 5 ounces total, yikes

Ride - Good, in fact, better than michelins

Handling - Little sloppier than short michelins

Looks - Duh! Awesome!

MPG - overhead computer is readin 2mpg better than usual - though that means nothing without hand-calc'ed figures - Coming soon



FITMENT - absolutely NO rubbing even at full lock, I tried with curb to compress suspension, I dont think it will rub even then

I figure my stock Michelin's got at least another 25k to go (51k now). No sense in tossing perfectly good stockers, even if they are a bit anemic.



Is the truck noticeably taller?

Truck feels taller, yet I know the reality is that it is about 1. 1 inches taller... .



My michelins lasted 42k, With 3 large Diesel events that may have decreased tire life :-laf



I hope to get the same out of these tires, but with no burnouts, I could have ran my michelins for about 5-7k more, BUT they will make great burnout tires. I even have a few extra wheels, WOO-HOO!

PS- absolutely no leveling kit, BUT I am looking at the Skyjacker 2513K kit, (rear add-a-leaf + 2. 5inch front coils) - Either 2513K, or 2513PK



Should be enough to make a nice lift, not tooooo crazy though

I never liked add a leafs, the always gave the rear end a harsh ride unloaded. I will post pics when installed.

I think I will try my handle at some pulling after I have the CP3 pump mod done and the SBC DD in also... . I fear the OFE might crap out if it even feels me pull onto the track

Mine (295 Nittos) are rated for 3415@65psi.

Nittos over 6 Months

I had a set put on in March and now have over 10,000 miles on them. This includes two trips over 2,000 miles with the camper, gross weight over 12,000 lbs. I really liked the look after they were installed. Handling is better than with the stock Michelins. I don't notice any tire noise but that could be because I can't hear it above the whistle from the HT2B turbo. Not sure if these tires will get me more than 30,000 miles though. I keep the pressure up and have them rotated every 6,000 miles but I think the heavy weight of the camper is taking its toll. Worth the price compared to the Toyo's I couldn't wait for. Will probably be looking for a replacement next spring though. Considering 19. 5" wheels/tires to handle the weight of the camper.

only one problem, I thought I'd be cool and climb the end of the pit like the "big-boys" and cracked my front bumper while doing it... BUT I made it!!! Oo.



hahaha, not a very bad crack, tiny little one, And I need to adjust the bumper back down a little... I learned my lesson - CHECK APROACH ANGLE FIRST!!



PS - the hole behind my truck buried 37's with easy, This pay area was not for the faint of heart. I could only play in about 1/5 of it and not flood the truck

I put my 295's on about three months ago. I have about 17,000 on them so and like them alot. I think they will go past 40K. I put a dual Superlift stabilizer on and it really helped stiffen up the steering and take the wandering away. Tires go down the road nice and smooth without much in the way of lead to balance them. Traction is great. In wet slushy snow the michelins were scary. I really have to really pour on the coal to break the Nittos loose. Going hunting in a couple of weeks, will give them the acid test then.

I did. Thank you for the info. I'm exploring my options now that I have to sell my Kore Pace system wheels and tires. My stock tires don't have much life in them.

If I lived closer to you I would be buying it and trading you my wheels and new Toyo's plus some $$$ of course.
