If your truck is a highway driven 2wd the sealed hubs should go around 200k miles.

The front sealed hub assemblies on my '01 and '06 Rams were good until around 210k miles. Each of them had one hub assembly getting a little loose by that mileage so I had my mechanic friend replace them on each truck at somewhere around 210k to 220k miles. Both my trucks were highway driven 2wd and I avoid bumps as much as possible meaning I don't deliberately hit them.

For my '05, here is the mileage and what was done. All needed doing and none was "preventative". Most all of my miles are highway miles with very little dirt roads.

143,136 miles - Replaced tie-rod ends. New ones are greasable, verses sealed. This should help them last a very long time as I know how to use a grease gun. I recommend greasable over sealed for everything. JMO.

143,207 miles - Replaced both front hub assemblies due to noise. Both assemblies were bad. Wish I could replace with a greasable unit like the second gens. I tore my '99 down and repacked before they needed replacing and never had to replace them. Grease is cheaper than new assemblies (about $800 cheaper).

I replaced both front rotors today. They were hard coming off

because of rust. 50. 000 on rotors and still like new. I put ART slotted

ones on. while I had them off I pulled ABS censer out and used a

needle to grease bearings.
