I just bought an 02' 3500 4X4 with 3. 55's, and a NV4500. The truck has 170k miles on it, so I know I'll probably be looking to do some maintainence on the truck. Where do I start? I know the fluids are a given, but I'm a little worried about the steering problem that plagues the 2nd gens. I see people with DSS's, and 3rd gen track bars, does this help alot? What else. I also plan on IMMEDIATELY installing a good pusher pump and FP gauge. Thanks for the tips

I have an extra gauge if you need it:) PM if interested.

Thanks for the offer, but I think I'm going to run the Juice w/attitude, so I'll have the gauges built in.

I've one truck that does the wobble. Tire selection seems to be the biggest factor.

I've had about four different sets of tires on there and some seem much more prone to DW. MOF the 285 Buckshots on there now have yet to do the dance. I think it was the well-worn 265's AT-type tire I had on that would wobble if you hit a stack of quarters in the road.

Had a local member put ALL new stuff under his--still wobbled. On the other hand wifey's truck has the fancy stabilizer and such and 305's --it hasn't wobbled.
