We are living in a RV membership RV park during the summer months. we bought the lot across the street and for the last three weeks we have been building a new 10'x12' by 12' high shed. Down to putting the trim on the corners. Snoking

Those are not bolt cutters. It is a HF cable cutter which I used to make batteries cable on boats. I have the HF hydraulic crimper also.

Hard to tell but if not done I would highly advise running a couple 2" screws thru the side plates.

Werner pull down aluminum ladders are GREAT!

I am talking the steel plate on each side. There is a lot of weight placed on those two points. Had en crack there in the past.

Nice shed and ladder.
If I may I would like to make a suggestion! I would add a hand hold about two or three feet above the ladder attached to the attic floor joist. I have a hand hold for my pull down ladder, but I have a inside wall that this is attached to. I just like three points of contact on ladders, I just feel safer. This way when I reach the top and I can grab the hand hold as I transition from the ladder to the attic floor.

Used the extra metal ridge cover piece for a wink over the doors and put the corner trims on today.

And the stereo arrived today. Have to install that tomorrow. Have two black 6.5 speakers to go in the outside wall on the "lot" side and to white ones for inside. Bought a marine 12V stereo with SD slot and USB input, plus a vehicle antenna for the radio. Will also try a XM Sat magnetic car antenna on the metal roof.
