No idea on rear gear ratios, but as for mileage, I'll take a stab and guess anything from 16 - 20 MPG would be a reasonably safe ball park. Unless there is some significant engine damage that could cause a loss of fuel economy...
Mine has a sticker on the underside of the hood that tells what the gear ratios are, along with t-case, etc. As far as mileage, I get upwards of 18 consistently, with a heavy foot. With a light foot, between 20-22. I wouldn't think an auto would be very much less, especially a 2wd.
I think there is a tab on the cover that tells the ratio. I would go with that before I would go with the one under the hood. The sticker under the hood of my truck is wrong and It has not been changed
