just paying my 9-11 respects

I just would like to take this opportunity to pay my respects to the American people in remembrance of Sept 11th. Despite the occasional political comment from the far left, the majority of Canadians that I associate with are supportive of the American people, and American foreign policy. I am truly disgusted when I hear people blame the events of Sept. 11th on US foreign policy. I am not saying that mistakes haven't been made in that regard, but NOTHING can justify the atrocities that occurred on Sept. 11th. I think the international community should take a moment to reflect on the stability of the world if the US were not in a position to "interfere". To any and all of you who have suffered, please accept my condolences. You are not alone.

all that was on tv tonight was clips of the 9/11/01 events. i found those very hard to watch without getting teary eyed. . so many lives lost i remember watching the trade center buildings colapse at school on the big screen in the student lounge. . my thoughts are with all you fine american people. god bless america
