Just Smoked Another PSD...Getting Boring Tho....

Well A PSD with a single stack was playing in town ... ... then it headed north I edged North also... (kind of board) as I approched the rear bumber with about 3 inches clearence they matted it... a lot of smoke I knew she was boomed I reached down with a sigh and went 5x5 and I toy'd with em' ... a lot of smoke but it wasnt no match for my very slightly boomed CTD took em' going about 100 (I SWEAR I HAVE NEVER HIT MY GOVENER) and by then i had to slow down to pull in to my house as they went around me smokin'



Its getting to easy dont get me wrong I enjoy it but com'mon ... just because these ford boys get a little bit of smoke and attach stacks they think they role the road ...

By big dog I mean the CTD ,,,,,Im not too fast as a CTD,,, but compared to these PSD everywhere Im the SIDEWINDER.

better stay in the east then. You wouldn't fair well around here. The average truck here has 500 horses powering it. I have mach 2's, a turbo and a comp with a clutch to hold it all and still can't keep from getting whooped on. I can tow a lot of damn weight though!

DM- Was it that black Ford, either extended cab or 4 door? If it was then I really put him to shame one day on the new road to NLHS then pulling out on 13. If it was a green 94 Ford, then I was the one who put that stack in it, but it doesn't smoke at all.

There are a few running around down here but nothing to write home about, and the one's around here might be fast but that's it.



Any more I don't even try, with the price of fuel I cant afford to pump it out the stack all the time.

I stacked A Silver PSD but it wasnt that one ... . The one I stacked has 2 stacks the one That thought it was the shiznick was a single stacker.

to get a 7. 3 powerstroke to 500hp takes lots of $ and dedication

it would be alot easier and way cheaper to find a 913 p-pump 5. 9 put it in a ford then add, laser DV's,370's,big single or twins,plate,4gsk's, pump tweaked that would make 500hp easy and would not send rods through the side of the block like the powerstroke does. with a little tweaking and nitro you would run alot more than 600hp. Joe D got to 700hp on single on #2 913 pump (non race pump but tweaked)



P. S. dont race 6L you might make them hurt themselves :-laf

Yep It would be easier to do the 5. 9 swap- But then you would be like everyone else- I have alot of respect for Greg and David Lott- they are not following the norm and making sick power with the 7. 3- Had it not been for a blown intercooler boot, David would have beat Hoss in Texas- I'm a CTD guy to the core-dont get me wrong, but if it goes fast on #2- it is cool, I dont care who makes it-
