Just took the plunge

I just took the plunge and bought a 05 quad cab. I am new to this forum but not the site. I have been hanging around the conversion forum for a couple of years. ( I have a 1993 f-150 and a 1994 s-10, both with 5. 9 cummins motors) Is there anything special I should know about the 05's? Thanks , copterdoc

That old motor has had a rough life. It has lived on a steady supply of heavy right foot and 30 lbs of boost for a long time and it still has 60 lbs of oil pressure when its hot ,that little filter can't hurt it. copterdoc
