K&N RE:0880

Where can I easily purchase a K&N RE0880 for my truck? Also, can anyone tell me if there is any performance gain by using the Psychotty Air system over just using the re0880?

I got mine from summit auto racing. If I remember correctly that the total cost to my front door was $54. 00. The system made a big difference on my truck, what a difference in the way the turbo spools up. . Get Scotts system as soon as you can... . When you get the system and your ready for the hole saw, post a note on the TDR web site that you need the use of one. The Alaskan Bee sent one to me and then I sent it on to someone else. This process has been repeated a number of times with the hole saw from Alaska. .

I put mine on (Scotty. . Not Pshchotty). .
WOW... . What a sound!!!!(silencer ring removal helped as well)

Now I'm having trouble finding the Black Nylon Bag type pre-filter!!!

I tried to order P/N 25-0880. . but my local performance parts guy says that isn't a good #.

I've also read that a lot of them were mis packaged. and if you get one that isn't folded in half in the package. . it won't be long enough.

Does any one know where I can get one. . and the correct part #????

25- 0880 is a good no. I got mine from
Scheid Diesel in Efingham Ill. 23. 00

I had my RE-0880 filter on alone for quite awhile and I can tell you get the Psycotty system. My EGTs are down 100 deg on the freeway also I am running 2-3 PSI less boost at 80 MPH cruise set. I haven't as of yet had the chance to check my milage alone but if what I have read about EGT and boost cruising the milage should be better. I also allowed me to push my #11 TST plate(280 HP685 T) all the way forward. #ad


The Psycotty is well worth the money!!!!!!!

Thanks to all that have replied. When I find the filter and the Psyco-Box has arrived I will definitely need the hole saw. I will contact Alaskan Bee, or just list a post to request it when the time comes. Hey Scotty! My order will be in the mail early next week!
