darnit DM!! now youve got me interested!!!

ok ok we've all heard the stories of raising the front and deathwobble.....

not to bring up the DW drama but WHO has this kit and any issues with the DW (or knows someone?)

I put a 3" lift on my 95 1500 and had the deathwobble WOW freaks you out!!!!!!

what were a couple of the main reasons to skip the spacers? (other than being illegal in Michigan... ) my CTD seems to nose-dive worse than others... .

Thanks!

Ian

I feel like my front end bottoms out for almost no reason :{ (low speed trail driving with deep holes)

Would the leveling kit with Bilsteins help with this?

How much more compression travel will this kit give me?

I feel that I might hurt something on the front because of this. The rear bounces all over the place, but its much tougher and can take it (and since I can't spend $2,000+ the rear will keep bouncing  )

The springs will help alot... ... ... on our last trip to Glamis 2 trucks bent front diff housings. Neeither trucks had good aftermarket springs.

I put this kit on my truck because I put 325/60/18 tires and aftermarket wheels on. The Wheels were 18x9s w/ 0 offset 4. 5" bs and the tires were D rated. They stuck out wide, they rubbed the fenders and generally rode like crap. Then I put the lift on in an effort resolve the rubbing problem. I got DW (not real bad though) even after it was aligned. I researched on these boards heavily and the key seemed to lie in the tires and caster + toe settings. Greg will attest to this I'm sure. I sold my 18s on ebay and put E rated tires on the factory alloys. I adjusted caster positive on my own since the alignment shop only "verified it was withing factory tolerance". It was such a dramatic improvement over what I was experiencing I couldn't believe it. Now I really could enjoy the KORE difference. To me it made the whole truck feel lighter. I love what it did to my truck and I highly recommend it to anyone. ENJOY!

After a month or so, I decided it was time for the mini-packs too. They let the axle move more in the rear so it doesn't feel like your riding in a brick truck. Even more improvement.

She told me if I dont Tow to take out my helpers that will make my truck ride like a TRUE 3/4 Ton ,,,, IT has the Tow Package so its running 1 Ton Spring according to her. . Im not going to do that but Will most likly get the Mini packs someday

I do tow,and I took out the overload. It still handles my little 750lbs tongue wt just fine.
