Count turbolcc and me in. Maybe someone will beat my hp from last time I was down. I sure would like to see that out of a 24 VP44 single charger #2 and allso hate to see it too.

I'm not much on drag raceing but I would like to come and watch.

I'm only runing enough hp to #@$% off a lot of people but not enough to run down the strip.

See you all on the 22nd Joe

I will be there as a spectator, however I know I am bringing one from school out with me that wants to dyno. And second spectator.

I hope I can repair the damage the tractor did to my truck in time just to atleast be presentable, ifnot I'll just bring the '02.

my truck goes in thursday for a new transmission from blumenthals. no racing for me, but maybe I'll get to dyno if the transmission is in in time.

good luck on gettin ur truck fixed OSR. holler if ya need an extra hand.

Coming home from school last wed. night on 24 just outside of beloit, I went to pass and old massy cab tractor pulling a cattle shoot (like to load in semi's) well when I got about 15-20 ft away from being side by side (already in the other lane obviously) he decided that was where he wanted to turn left and turned. And I mangled the shoot to nothing, and in the process pushed the cattle KILLER front bumper on my truck in about 3" and somehow slid the truck 90* and smashed the drivers side stack SHUT. I do believe that I will be lucky in the frame department in that I do not believe it is bent. I think pulling the bumper back out and a little paint and I'm in good shape there, and the stack was going to get replaced with a 5" system anyway so I can live there. There was NO damage somehow (minus 1 small dent by the headlight) to the body or mirrors, so I will be lucky there. Unless I can get his insurance to pay for it all. there will be quite a few things wrong... :D (I swear mister appraiser that cattle shoot destroyed my inj. /pump/ex. manifold/turbo/and it hit so hard that the head isn't o-ringed or ported anymore... LOL:rolleyes: )

Any sugesstions on places to stay the weekend at KC. I also want to visit Cabela's while were there. Some where we can park a 25ft gooseneck. Thanks for any info, Jeremy

O1-

Theres a motel (??? on $$$) right by Cabelas, there is a lot of parking around there, because the Kansas Speedway is right there. . Also, theres a Famous Daves BBQ there also that has great BBQ. .

Other than that, there is the usual motels that you find anywhere in a big city.
