After seeing the pictures in the paper this morning my heart sank deeper. It is times like this the test us all to do the right thing and help as much as we can. Sending more money to ARC this morning. http://www.redcross.org/

The TDR is a great group of generous people. I am sure I am not alone.

God Bless,

Come Ya'll

We do make a difference, it only takes a little from each one of us. It may not seem like much on its own but added together the 20,000 TDR members can make an impact to those less fortunate than us.

PUMPER my heart goes out to you and all Louisianans in this terrible time, my prayers as well. It's hard to imagine how this is going to eventually turn out and how people will piece their lives together. This is turning to to be an ordeal for so many.

I was able to drive through New Orleans last October and spend the evening in the French Quarter, what a neat place to visit. We stayed at the KOA (New Orleans West) and drove around town quite a bit and now it's not going to look the same. I can't help but wonder about the folks we met while there, especially the really cool KOA manager.

I just made a small donation. It's not much but everything helps. I think everyone should give a little something. I wish I could give more.

I just heard on the news that a local woman sent 4 tractor trailers of bottled water to help the victims. The trailers were reefers! WOW!!!

I'm on the BATAAN and we were here the next morning plucking people off roofs. It's a hold now seeing as a few are taking shots at us. Not much we can do in that situation unless the police and National Guard secure the area. From what we have seen the news isn't showing the half of it. Just wish there was more we could do.

I called it 2 days ago when I said the disaster of the century and no one heard me... . I'll let everyone slide,,,wish i could have told Bush... good night everyone... I need some rest... . thank everyone for so very much

Tim ,

I just did my part to help out the TDR members that might need help :) . It was not much but evert little bit helps. I am glad I could help, we have close friends that live in Lake Charles, Louisiana they were not hit but it is still scary to see what nature can do. Our prayers go out to every one in need.

20,000 CTD's and we could tow the city to high ground so FEMA could off their *** and do somerhing. I've sent money and am willing to head down that way to assist. I'll live outta the truck, and do what I can if needed. Wife has okayed the trip if it's organized well. (IE: fuel, safety) I'll bring dang near anything that I can hual and thats required. Besides, We are mostly sitting on our A@@es this weekend. TDR or some local chapter should work the logistics (Fuel and Safety + got the okay from the local Police, ARC, etc) and I'm sure that the membership would respond IN FORCE to assist in this disaster. Ready to lose pay to assist! 571-238-8056 Tom Straub
