Katzkin seat covers

I'm considering changing out my seats to Katzkin leather, but have a couple of questions, how is the quality of the leather ? how do they fit ? Has anyone done this change and are you happy ? My OEM leather seats are starting to tear on the drivers side where you slide out of the truck !!!

Do you have running boards or steps?

It does not matter what seat covers you have, if you keep "sliding" out of the truck you are going to wear out the edge of the seat, and keep tearing the covers.

You climb in, you need to climb back out.

Right on the above, had leather in a car that the pockets on my jeans (tabs) worn through where I slid into the seat.
