The Brute Force is a awesome machine power-wise. I think it lafts in hadleing, and also I dont like the way the diff-lock is designed or the plastic floorboards. I have also read some on cylinder cracking problems because this is a praire 650 motor bored out.

Take a good look at the Arctic Cat 650 Plenty of power and lots of nice features for the Money!

I have the Prairie 700 and it rocks. 65 mph through a farm field is quite impressive, and is an amazing rock crawler even with a solid axle. I tested it all weekend. You should recognize the terrain:

The new Suzuki King Quad 700 EFI just got a really good write up in Dirt Wheels too. I'm still leary on Polaris reliability, and the Brute Force is a brand new model and probably has issues they need to work out. What the heck is wrong with the Rincon? Oh well, two is better than one... :)

There's not a thing wrong with the Rincon, I went to look at the Foreman ES for my wife and decided to take a look at the Brute 750. When I saw the 750 I told my wife that she would really like the Rincon more than a Foreman ES. I'm sure we will be getting another quad in the house. I'm just not sure about what to get.

By the way where is that pic from?

It's the Clan Alpine Range looking North/Northeast. We went up Dixie Valley on Hwy. 121. I broke that bad boy in the right way.

Thanks scooter I should have known. I do spend alot of time on Hwy 50 E. The Clan Alpine Range is a great area, as is the rest of 50 going East from there.

I'm bringing this back to the top in case any one missed this post.

I'm about to pull the trigger on the Brute 750.

Any more info out there?

Thanks. :D

I bought one about 3 weeks ago... I absolutely love it. It has it's problems, like any new bike, but once you feel the power of it you'll look something like this :--)

The only problem I have had with mine I had Saturday night... . I dipped into a rut and bent the tie rod... . I have ordered a beefed up set of aftermarkets for $70, and shouldn't have any problems.

Some of the other "common" problems are a low end miss-Dealer should fix before you buy IF it has the miss, mine did not... Anyway, it has the miss because the front carb is lean, causing a slight stumble in the low RPMs, easily fixed with DynoJet Jet Kit, or Carb needle replacemnt.

There is also a recall on the A-Arm bolts, I did not have this problem... . This was a problem mainly with the "early run" Brutes...

I put on 27" ITP 589's and it will still power wheelie from a small roll :-laf

After putting on the tires, I measured and the clearance jumped up to 13. 25" !!

As for the handling... A lot of people think it is "tippy", I couldn't disagree more. From the first time I rode this thing I have never felt more stable... Then with the wider tires, I don't even worry about it.

BTW... I sold my 03 Polaris Carb 700 Twin... I don't regret it one bit... I know it's not the EFI like you are looking at, but I liked my Polaris, just wanted more power... . AND I GOT IT :-laf

Hope this helps ;)

Thanks for the reply's.

I'm 98. 999% percent sure that I will get the Brute.

It's a big $$ choice and I'm not about to rush into it.

Thanks again!

I brought this back to the top to let you guys know that I bought the Brute tonight! Oo.

I want to thank you all for posting about this quad.

I didn't have much time to ride it when I got it home but so far I'm very impressed with the power. I took my son with me for a two mile ride and we were very impressed with the ride. With the two of us on the quad we had a hard time keeping the front wheels from coming off the ground. :-laf

I have yet to ride the quad alone. I may have to take some time off work and go for a good breakin ride.

This is my first Kawi but so far I'm really impressed.

If you have a chance to ride one of these quads. DO IT!!!!!!

I had a 650 Honda Rincon and the difference in power is amazing. :--)

Again thanks for your input!
