Greg

Its been dynoed already :D. An even 300 at the wheels on the motor and 450/575 on a little juice :D. We will see what the weather looks like. Nitto Drag radials do not do well on the highway in the rain lol

Clark

Well just a few more day left, looks like we may have a good turn out The wings or bought and the grease is hot .

Can't wait to see what the old white Dodge will do maybe just maybe 300 at the rear wheel maybe a little more somewhere around 700 ft lbs of torque maybe a little more or a little less. o well i will take what every. Looking forward to seeing everybody and just talk horsepower. See you all on the 10th. Joe.

Alright I am getting excited were gonna have a few more Fords than I expected and still just me and my GMC wow that rhymes!LOL!

Greg

I'm going to driveup from Springfield in the morning, won't dyno but it will be fun to see some of you put the big numbers up. Greg thanks for setting this up.

Greg,

I'd like to come up to KC and dyno different sets of injectors. It will take an hour or so to change, will you allow me to move my truck outside, change the injectors and redyno? I have a set of 14 hole Piers experimentals installed, a set of Bully Dog VIII's and set of DDIII-M's. I could bring a Blue Chip FMS and a Power Puck if anyone wants to give them a try? I called MC Racing today and the guy said that it was up to the folks that rented the dyno for Sunday but they didn't have a problem. I have a couple of other guys interested in following me with their trucks and may dyno but they won't be making any changes. Larry

Forgot to ask: How much dyno experience does MC Racing have with diesel pickups?? Thanks, lc

Larry I really don't think that it will be a problem, I think that everyone would be interested in seeinfg the difference in the different injectors.

I also belive that it it is 60 dollars for 3 pulls, or that is what it was in the past.

I'll be giving you a call later today

I think that mc has good experence with the diesel, he has done good for us on the past dyno days although sometimes his optic tach pickup give him trouble but he usually gets it sorted out.

Adam

Adam,

Thanks for the info, if that is the case I'm a definate go. I'll call the other guys and plan to leave here at 7:00am. Going to check on an aircraft for sale near KC before I dyno, though. What are your plans? Larry

Adam, your response re: the MC tech was rather charitable base on my earlier experience... :D

My apologies in advance :-laf but I've invited a brand F owner to come along (with his rig!) and he accepted! :--)

'Looking forward to it all!!!

Been so busy lately haven't been on TDR in a while.

I'll leave Omaha at 10am.

Larry, I sent you a PM. My "surprise" injectors ain't finished 100% yet, they are complete and built and been dynoed, but got a final touch or two to put on them before they go in my truck.

Jim Fulmer... you coming?

Don M is coming as far as I know from when I talked to him at 4pm.

They usually run until 5 or 6pm, until we run out of trucks or BS time. I'll have my g/f with me so I can stay much past 7pm... because we ain't bringing the 2 yr old with us.

Fine with me if you wanna change injectors would you like us to time you or something? LOL! Hey its all in fun if you want to go then unhook and go again thats fine with me. Mark and the guys have alot of experience in dynoing our trucks Adam has a certain way his truck is done My old Ford had many buttons and switches that had to be pressed at certain points so I think MC Racing is one of the BEST Spots I have ever been.

Greg

Eric, I won't be headed that way, sorry but I need to say around here for a while and recover from projects and traveling, I need to get on a dyno to get another base line though for the new project, a pump. Sorry I couldn't get up thre but it's a big trip for me $$ wise, hope you'll have fun! Be sure and post the numbers, especially rodbolts before and after's.

Jim

I understand, was just askin :D

I'm sure someone else will have the numbers posted before I make it back home. I'll say 475 for me just as a guess. I'm more interested in what it runs at the track now instead of what it dynos . . with the turbo/tc change. But then again i might only have 446 hp liek the TX dyno said

We'll be there. I might put together the courage to dyno the new truck. My only hesitation is I wish I had an EGT probe on it. Leaving Omaha aroung 8/8:30; arrive 11/11:30.

Kat; we'll caravan home if you want.

Thanks to all, sounds like a great day. Bring your stopwatch, Greg, but remember that the Nascar pit crews have never asked for my resume :) :). Kat, I'll PM you back in a sec. Larry
