North Dakota Chapter Meeting

New Website!

I didn't realize that no one had posted this on here yet. But for those not aware there will be a dyno day/open house hosted by St. Joseph Diesel in St. Joe, Mo. This is there 30 year anniversary and as a thank you to all of their loyal customers and friends, the gang has put together a dyno day and open house for Nov. 11 2006. The party begins at 9a and is supposed to stop at some point but if the party is still rockin we ain't stoppin. Their will be vendors present with gifts and prizes available. The dyno will be operated by Floor It Diesel, with their dyno dynamics load dyno. Bring your trucks, hot rods, or anything else you might want to dyno and come to the party. The folks at St. Joe are excited to show off thier new expansion of the building and show everyone how much they have grown in the past 30 years. We look forward to seeing everyone there.

i don't know how much the runs will be but i would guess that they will be typical costs for a dyno day, but i don't want to shoot a number out there and be wrong.

So do you have an address or phone number for the event! I'd like to map it and see how far the drive is.

now, now - Dont tease. If I go I want to see an 800hp truck!!!

Really I want to see what numbers you pull so we can compare to other style dynos that your truck has been on (remember I only pulled 518 on a mustang dyno).

My guess is that you run in Direct on John's dyno too. The last time I ran on one of those was at Piers's in 03'. I noticed then that it was too much load to run in O/D as the run time would be way too long... ..... not needed!

Oddly enough my truck made max HP in overdrive... Wierd I though because I figured load on 4th gear and load on 5th (my o/d) would be the same...

This truck is a wierd one though, always has been

Headed out right now for the drive up and will spend the night along the way, looking forward to the event! Talked to the shop today and it sounded like they are going to put on a nice time.
