Opened up the 98 to tab that KDP and Glad I did. It was sticking out enough to make me feel bad about putting it off as long as I have. While I had the truck apart I thought I would take care of the intermittent "no crank" I've been experiencing. I called Larry B's and ordered the super contact kit and a solenoid protection diode. I couldn't believe how worn out the one contact was on the solenoid. It was very easy to swap out and after doing the side by side comparison I highly recommend that kit. This original has lasted a long time so I shouldn't have to replace this one again any time soon. I can't remember the last time I had so much fun on a Saturday!:-laf
