I tabbed the KDP pin my 98 Q cab with 85,000 miles and the pin was out by 1/8 of a inch, got the kit from TST also repaired the Oil leak behind the vacuum pump from the kit from Pete Gould at Fixingrams.com, both kits worked great and were pretty easy to do, I recommend taking the time and repairing these problems with the kits as both kits were very easy to use and inexpensive. The shop wanted $600. 00 just for the seal repair between the vacuum pump and power steering.

Missouri Mule, You bet! That KDP scared the crap out of me, especially when I saw the pin out 1/8 of a inch, wasn't that hard of a fix, I'm not that hot of a mechanic, I got the TST kit and just followed the directions and it worked out fine. It probably took me longer then most, to do both the vacuum pump seal and the KDP was about nine hours, but both kits were very well put together and the pump kit even had a DVD telling how to do it.
